Dani is an educator and coach driven by a mission to make world-class health and performance education accessible to everyone. Through United Health Education, she has presented seminars worldwide alongside the late Dr. Andrew Lock and Julie Lock, helping professionals bridge the gap between pain, performance, and intelligent movement.

With over a decade of experience in the allied health and fitness industries, Dani’s expertise lies in exercise prescription for strength, hypertrophy, performance, and injury rehabilitation. Her approach blends science with real-world application, empowering coaches and clients to move better and perform at their best.

Beyond education, Dani co-directs Paddo Performance, one of Sydney’s most prestigious gyms, and co-founded My Training Space, a training and education app that delivers evidence-based programs for performance and rehabilitation.
Guided by her philosophy that Movement Is Medicine, Dani is committed to challenging outdated models of coaching and rehab, using movement as both prevention and therapy to help people take lasting control of their health and performance.

Julie is a fitness professional with over 35 years of experience in group fitness, movement education, and coaching. Beginning her career in the mid-80s, she has witnessed the evolution of the fitness industry, from the rise of aerobics and Les Mills programs to the integration of modern strength and mobility practices.

Her extensive background in Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, and Barre gives her a deep understanding of movement quality, body awareness, and effective communication. Renowned for her precise cueing and instructional clarity, Julie brings a unique ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable steps that create real change in how people move and feel.

As part of United Health Education, Julie presents seminars worldwide alongside Dani Antonellos and the late Dr. Andrew Lock, helping coaches and clinicians bridge the gap between pain, performance, and practical application. Her engaging teaching style and decades of hands-on experience make her an integral part of UHE’s mission to deliver accessible, evidence-based education.

Through both personal experience and professional focus, Julie understands the physical shifts that can impact strength, mobility, and overall well-being across the lifespan. She is passionate about helping women maintain optimal musculoskeletal health, prevent injury, and live vibrant, active lives at every stage.

Paul is a Physiotherapist, educator, and competitive bodybuilder who brings a unique blend of clinical precision and practical gym-floor experience to United Health Education. As a senior educator, he shares his expertise in strength-based rehabilitation, lifting mechanics, and long-term injury management with coaches and health professionals worldwide.

Driven by a vision to redefine how rehabilitation and performance training intersect, Paul founded Paddo Performance in 2018, now recognised as one of Sydney’s most respected training and rehab facilities. His approach integrates exercise based physiotherapy with intelligent strength programming, helping clients return to training stronger, safer, and more capable than before.

Alongside his partner, Dani Antonellos, Paul also co-founded My Training Space, an educational training app that delivers his proven methods to a global audience. The platform brings together evidence-based programming, injury solutions, and performance strategies to help users train with purpose and longevity.

Paul has worked with some of the world’s leading strength and physique athletes, known for his ability to problem-solve complex injuries and optimise performance under load. Outside the clinic, he continues to educate and inspire through seminars, mentoring, and his podcast, Barbell Bro’s.

Dr. Andrew Lock was a pioneer in the fields of injury rehabilitation, strength training, and performance education. Across decades of clinical practice, teaching, and mentorship, he made an indelible impact on the global health and fitness community through his uncompromising pursuit of truth, excellence, and empowerment.

Known for his sharp intellect and bold personality, Andrew challenged outdated systems and inspired thousands of practitioners and athletes to think critically, train intelligently, and strive for mastery. His teachings brought clarity to the complex world of rehabilitation and human performance, always grounded in real-world application and results.

As the Co-Founder of United Health Education, Andrew helped build a platform that revolutionised how coaches and clinicians learn and apply evidence-based rehabilitation and performance strategies. His ability to make knowledge practical, accessible, and transformative continues to shape the way professionals approach strength and movement today.

Andrew believed that strength was more than physical. It was a mindset, a way to live with purpose, resilience, and integrity. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the clinicians he mentored, the lives he changed, and the global community he inspired.
